空の巣症候群
空の巣症候群（からのすしょうこうぐん、empty-nest syndrome）は、40代から50代の女性によく見られる抑うつ症状。子育てが終わり、子どもが家を巣立っていったあたりから出てくることが多いので、こう呼ばれる。燃えつき症候群、五月病などとも似通ったもの。子どもが自立し、夫は仕事で忙しく、構ってくれず、夫婦生活もないに等しくなり、涙もろくなり、夫の定年が近いというと、退職、即離婚といった方に展開していくこともある。
１月８日の日経新聞によると、核家族の主婦の９割が生きがいを「子ども」とあげているという。（複数回答可）
空の巣症候群にならないためにはどうしたらいいか？
ウィキペディアの定義によると、子どもが巣立ってしまうことが、この空の巣症候群の原因であるとされている。
ならば、子どもが巣立たなければ、主婦はいつまでも自分の生きがいを感じていることができる。
いつまでも、親と子が離れず、親離れ・子離れできない関係でいること。
子どもがいつまでも自分を頼っていてくれさえすれば、親は空の巣症候群にならずにすむ。
子どもがいい歳をして、巣立つこともなく、仕事するわけでもなく、親が世話を焼き続ければ、親は空の巣症候群にならずにすむ。
言いたいことはお分かりですね？
これがニートの温床です。
ニートが働き、自立した瞬間、母親はその存在意義がなくなる。
ならば、いつまでも子どもをいつまでも養い続けることで、母親は母親という役割を演じ続けることができる。
子どもをニートにしない方法、という親向けの書籍が多々発売されていますが、そんな本を買って、子どもを過保護にしていくことが、何よりの子どもをニートにする方法であると思う。
